Refund Policy

At NovaVantage, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

 

1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

•        Unused and in the same condition that you received it

•        In its original packaging

•        Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

Items that cannot be returned:

•        Items marked as final sale

•        Damaged items due to misuse

•        Items returned after the 30-day window

 

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

•        Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

•        Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

 

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us with a photo of the damaged product.

 

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

 

5. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or refund, email us at: support@novavantage.store

Include in your email:

•        Your order number

•        The item(s) you wish to return

•        Reason for the return

•        Photos if the item is damaged

 

6. Shipping Your Return

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
