Free Worldwide Shipping

We offer complimentary standard shipping on every order, to every destination worldwide. No minimum purchase. No exceptions. Whether you're ordering from New York, Nairobi, or Tokyo — shipping is always on us.

 

Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team carefully prepares and inspects your items before dispatch. Please allow 2–3 business days for processing. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

After your order is dispatched, estimated delivery windows are:

•        Standard Worldwide Shipping: 7–15 business days

•        Delivery times may vary based on destination and local customs processing

•        Remote locations may require additional transit time

Note: Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed but reflect typical shipping performance.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

•        Your unique tracking number

•        A direct link to monitor your shipment in real time

If you have not received a tracking email within 4 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@novavantage.store.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

NovaVantage ships globally and your order may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in your country. Please be aware of the following:

•        Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient

•        These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost

•        We are unable to predict or control the amount charged, as this varies by country

•        Refusing delivery due to customs charges does not qualify for a refund of the original order

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to:

•        High volume periods (holidays, sales events)

•        Carrier delays or disruptions

•        Customs or import processing holds

•        Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout

NovaVantage is not liable for delays caused by factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out and we will do our best to assist.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. NovaVantage is not responsible for packages lost or undelivered due to an incorrect address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@novavantage.store and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
